Do your children resist having friends over because they’re ashamed of the condition of your home? Does clutter make it difficult to find your belongings, keep scheduled appointments, or meet work deadlines? Hoarding affects one’s quality of life on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. The good news is that there’s hope. Join us for a frank discussion of the challenges of the individual suffering with the problem of hoarding and learn what steps are necessary to encourage and support positive change. We’ll discuss TV shows devoted to the topic of hoarding, the difference between collecting and hoarding, underlining causes of Chronic Disorganization, and some strategies for working through this problem. Two case studies will also be included.
